Our previous agent had our condo up for sale and was trying to affect a short sale for four months, but failed to do so. We contacted WiForeclosureRelief and the Action Sales Group to sell our condo and negociate a short sale on our behalf. The team did everything they said they were going to do. They stopped the foreclosure and successfully closed our short sale one day before the sheriff sale was scheduled to happen.
